Facility

We are proud to provide a new, beautiful, state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. When you arrive at our office, you will immediately notice the relaxing music and soothing water fountain in our waiting area, which will help put you at ease immediately. We are confident that our plush, comfortable furnishings and high definition television will help you feel right at home. Our exam rooms are also equipped with advanced dental equipment and technology to provide you with the best dental care possible. We even have a large parking lot to ensure you will find a close parking space with ease.

Appointments

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. For patients who have a dental emergency, we will try our best to see you as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours. We welcome all new patients and encourage you to call and schedule an appointment today!

Financial

We will do everything we can to help you afford the dental treatment you need and want. Our staff will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. We also can help you sign up with CareCredit, which helps with dental financing.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if you do not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice or repeatedly. Also, please return our reminder call so we can confirm your reservation with your provider(s).

Chairside Comforts

It is our goal that each patient feels at ease in our office. We offer a variety of comforts while you are in the dental chair to make sure you feel relaxed during your visit.

• DVD's and CD Entertainment- You have the option of selecting a DVD or CD to enjoy while you are having work performed on your teeth. We have comfortable, high tech video glasses with headphones for your movie-viewing pleasure. You may select a DVD or CD from our collection or bring one of your own favorites.
• Blankets and Neck Pillows- We have cozy, warm blankets for days when you may feel the temperature is a little nippy in our operatory. Neck pillows are also available for patients who have neck or back issues and need the extra support. Please let us know if you prefer any of these comforts to help make your experience more pleasant.

Infection Control

It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our patients and staff from possible hazards. Therefore, our practice uses "universal precautions," which means we follow the current recommendations of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and the Occupational Safety Hazard Administration (OSHA) for sterilization and safety. We are committed to following specific methodical steps to ensure your peace of mind and complete safety at all times. Our sterilization center provides a streamlined system to allow for proper cleaning and sterilization of all equipment. It also prevents cross-over of contaminated and sterile instruments. Additionally, we use Autocheck Biological Monitoring Service to ensure that our sterilizer is functioning at its optimum level at all times.
